Alfie is an Irish-bred grey and was the only traditional Irish horse in this year’s Burghley Horse Trials top ten. Bred by renowned horse breeder James Hickey, Alfie has been gaining notoriety for his prestige heritage since his rise to the five star ranks in their top ten finish at Burghley Horse Trails in 2018.
He’s lived up to his breeding with a top ten finish at Badminton Horse Trials 2022 and seventh at Burghley Horse Trials 2022.
